What you'll be doing - Identifying and prospecting new potential customers in the local area - Develop, discuss and implement sales strategies under the direction of superior and with the company’s sales target and long-term business goals. - Responsible for sales volume to a designated group of customers, including managing the accounts receivables in line with the company’s credit policy. - Work in close liaison with the superior to ensure accurate pricing. - Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - To perform any duties assigned from time to time in alignment to company goals and objectives. Your job scope - Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery. - Obtaining pricing information from the superior when requested by customers. - Promoting company’s new and existing value-added products to customers. - Ensuring that company’s credit policy is adhered to, accounts receivables are managed according to the credit strategy. - Staying up-to-date on current product trends, designs, and market demands - Providing feedback to management on market trends and client preferences. - Assisting with inventory management and stock control. - Identifying problems and understand needs of the existing customers and prospects and provide solutions to these problems/needs. - Following through on the abovementioned with existing customers and prospects. - Attending industry trade shows and events.
